Arrival

Our Riding & Biohotel Darrehof is located in the centre of Serfaus directly at the “Zentrum” underground station and can be easily reached with the village underground. Detailed information on how to get here can be found here.

Deposit

For a reservation we kindly ask for written confirmation by fax, post or e-mail. To confirm your booking, we request a deposit as stated in your reservation confirmation.

Check-in & check-out

Our apartments and rooms are available from 5:30 p.m. onwards. If you are arriving after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your rooms and apartments by 10:00 a.m.

Equipment for small children

You can receive a cot (for children up to about 2 years) as well as a high chair for your little ones free of charge on request.
If your child already sleeps in a “big” bed, we can provide a bed guard on request.
Furthermore, the hotel is very child-friendly: there is a children’s playroom, an indoor and outdoor playground as well as an adventure and riding farm with donkeys, horses, goats & more – exciting even for the very little ones.

Your car is in good hands with us as well. Park conveniently in our underground garage (entrance height 1.80 to 2.20 metres, EUR 7 per day (winter EUR 12) – mandatory, no alternative parking options). For larger vehicles please contact us in advance.
