Your apartment or room will be ready for you to move in from 5:30 pm.

On departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10:00 am.

Hotel

Winter season: approx. 1 week before the Christmas holidays until approx. 1 week after Easter
Summer season: mid-June to mid/late October – closed for 2 weeks in mid-September

Hotel facilities

Reception: Daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Hotel bar: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (closed on Tuesdays)

Sauna/family sauna: Sunday to Friday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Children’s/teen room: Daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Fitness room: Daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Short-notice changes possible.

Your car is also in good hands with us. Park conveniently in our underground garage (entrance height 1.80 to 2.20 m, EUR 7 per day (winter EUR 12 per day) – mandatory, no other parking options). For larger vehicles, please contact us.

For additional cleaning we charge EUR 20 per day (food not included). Please bring your own dog blanket or dog bed.

Any damage caused by your pet will be charged in full.

We recommend taking out appropriate insurance.

Rooms

For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the applicable seasonal rate.

Apartments

For stays of up to 5 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge on the applicable seasonal rate.

All room and apartment rates are quoted excluding local tax – EUR 3.70 per night payable to the local tourism association for guests born in 2010 or later (winter: born in 2011 or later).

Changes by the tourism association reserved.

In summer/autumn, an infrastructure fee applies for the Super.Sommer.Card – EUR 6.50 per adult per day (children born 2010–2018: EUR 3.25).

When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a written confirmation by fax, post or e-mail.

To confirm your booking, we request a deposit as stated in the reservation confirmation.

We accept the following methods of payment

You are also welcome to pay the rental amount in advance by bank transfer to our account.

For cash payments, we grant a 2% discount on the rental amount (excluding short stays).

• up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total package price
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total package price
• in the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total package price

For ambitious riders, we offer a package of 10 riding sessions at the special Darrehof price of EUR 288.

The package includes (depending on riding experience):

• Lunge lessons, or
• Group lessons, or
• Trail rides

In addition, our guests receive discounted riding rates in-house.
