As an organic farm—our agriculture is also certified organic—environmental protection is a matter of course for us. We pay careful attention to the responsible use of operating resources and are committed to running our business in an environmentally friendly way. This includes using biomass (pellet heating), photovoltaics—we generate more electricity than we consume—and eco-friendly organic cleaning products for resource-saving operations.
