Hiking
You can choose from a wide selection of hiking trails on three levels, each of which features different and constantly fascinating flora, some with an Alpine character, depending on the altitude. All trails are all well signposted so that hikers can easily find their way without a hiking guide.

The first level lies at 1,400 metres above sea level
The three Rhaeto-Romanic villages of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are all linked to an extensive network of hiking trails that are not very physically demanding. They lead through a wonderful sea of flowers and through the forests on the plateau.

The second level lies at 2,000 metres above sea level
The convenient way to get to this level is by cable car. This is where numerous mountain flowers – a source of absolute delight for nature-lovers – can be seen in full bloom from the start of the mountain spring around the end of June until late into the autumn.

The third hiking level lies at 2,400 metres above sea level
It is the starting point for many Alpine mountain tours, including all of the 3,000 metre peaks of the Samnaun mountain range. The region's deep blue mountain lakes invite hikers to stop for a while and contemplate the surroundings. You will usually encounter only a handful of hikers in this region.

Mountain biking
The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis family region provides mountain bike fans with perfect conditions for a perfect holiday with their loved ones. There is a comprehensive network of bike shops, guided tours and routes to suit bikers of all abilities.
Those visiting the region for the first time can call on the services of the bike guides. Guided mountain bike tours are offered daily in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in summer. Qualified bike guides lead small groups along the most beautiful routes through the mountains on the high plateau. All

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has long been considered an insider tip on the mountain bike scene. Countless tours catering to all levels of abilities beckon you to explore the high plateau on two wheels. A fleet of more than 90 e-bikes are available to recreational cyclists, which make every mountain tour a piece of cake. Anyone who fancies more of a sporting challenge can explore the mountains under their own steam on countless tours. And for those looking for a kick, the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Bikepark offers action-packed challenges.

Nordic walking
With a total of fifteen signposted Nordic walking tours, the range of trails in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is more varied and diverse than in any other region in Tyrol. A whole 121 kilometres of trails are perfectly prepared and signposted for holidaymakers and day trippers.
All the terrain on the sunny plateau is easily walkable. Those wishing to walk on the highest level can take the cable car up to the regions near the summit and enjoy the fantastic views as well as the tranquillity and the exercise.

Adventure Mountains
Exciting discovery hikes for children. For "The Explorers’ Trail", "The Witches' Trail" and "The Crashed Plane" themed hikes, you can collect a rucksack for solving the puzzles from the information office.

Archery

Hög Adventure Park
There are many play areas around Lake Högsee in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, such as a wooden marble track, "The old stables" skills course or a cow patch trampoline. There is also a separate shallow water area for young children.

Fishing
Fishing in the Argenbach – you can get a permit at the Hotel Furgler in Serfaus; fishing in the Lader Burgweiher – you can get a permit in Cafe Castellino or at the Römerhof.

Fisser Flitzer
The summer toboggan run in Fiss leads down from the middle station to the valley station of the Möseralm. The many twists and turns, tunnels, bridges and other surprises make the ride an exciting adventure.

Fisser Flieger
Hover above the tree tops like Icarus on the Fisser Flieger kite-like glider – in Fiss you can fly from the Möseralm mountain station down to the valley at speeds of up to 80 km/h.

Fisser Skyswing
On this giant swing, up to 6 people at a time experience weightlessness for a few moments as they either free fall 12 metres or soar at 65 km/h just a few metres above the ground between the earth and the sky.

Fun Park
The Fun Park is located at the entrance to Serfaus and features a half pipe, quarter pipe and 10 metre climbing wall.

High ropes course

Golfing
Golf practice area in Fiss (driving range, chipping area, chipping green, sand bunker, putting green). Experienced professionals from the golf academy make learning to play golf easy by offering taster lessons, courses to obtain the "Platzreife" golfing license, as well as lessons for experts to hone their game.

Murmli Water
The Murmli Water fun park in Serfaus is an interactive playground covering more than 15,000 m² and is located below the middle station of the Komperdell cable car. The wild flowing stream to be found there has not been altered for ecological reasons but has been incorporated into this park as a central element to the whole experience.

Model planes
Fields for flying model planes: Lazid Serfaus (public), Serfauser Feld (private), Berdatscher Bichl Fiss (public) and Schönjoch Fiss (public).

Paragliding
In Fiss, Pfunds and Fendels – tandem flights also available.

Rafting/canyoning
From family and children’s tours and half day and full day tours through to two or three day trips.

Schneisenfeger
Summer and winter coaster. The track runs from Mount Alpkopf to Lake Högsee – the entrance is located in an old sawmill next to the Seealm Hög restaurant at 1,820 metres above sea level.

Swimming
Serfaus outdoor swimming pool (free for our guests – don't forget to take your vouchers), Überwasser natural bathing pool, Ried lake, Prutz leisure pool, indoor pool in Feichten.

Segway trekking

Ride along our gently sloping forest roads on unique two-wheeled scooters, as though pushed by an invisible hand.

Soar at incredible heights – at the Sunliner top station.
