Bambini Riding Weeks for Children

Riding experiences for our youngest guests – free of charge! We want to introduce children under the age of 6 the opportunity to meet & learn all about riding and our horses for an exiting riding experience at our Darrehof stables.
Our sweet-tempered Welsh-Ponies are trained and comfortable with children to make it easy for all young riders to fall in love with these lovely creatures. We teach children the importance of building a relationship with your horse before riding.

The Bambini lessons are so much more than simply riding.
Children can join in and learn all about how to care for a pony by cleaning, brushing, fitting the saddle, going for a gentle walk, playing & stroking their pony.
Additional Bambini riding lessons are available at EUR 25.00 per lesson.

Intensive Riding week
(only available from June to October)
We offer ambitious riders a package consisting of 10 riding lessons at a special rate of EUR 288.00 for Darrehof guests.
You can choose between
- lunge lessons
- group lessons or
- hacks
In addition, guests staying at the Darrehof always pay reduced riding rates.

Winter 2024/25 EUR 24.– per person per day (chidrens reduction: 0-2 100% 3-5 70% 6-12 50%).
During this period, the holiday package "Autumn Family Hit" is also available.
