General Information
Arrival and departure:On your day of arrival, your room and apartment will be ready from 4:30pm. We request that you vacate your room and apartment by 10am on the day of departure.
Pets:Pets are welcome with permission. Any damage caused to the room or hotel by your pet will be included in your bill. Pets may not accompany guests to the dining room or leisure areas. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket! Pets: € 10.00 per day without food.
Reservation/payment:We request you make your reservation with a written confirmation submitted by fax, mail, or email. For confirmed reservations, we request a deposit payment as indicated in the confirmation. For short stays up to 3 days, we include an additional 10% surcharge over the valid season price.
Visitor’s tax:All room/apartment prices are given exclusive of "visitor tax" (this is paid to the tourism association).
PaymentYour bill can be paid in cash, with an EC Card with code, or with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). For payments in cash, we provide a 2% discount off the price of your stay. Cancellation conditions:The standard Austrian hotel industry conditions apply. We assume no liability for mistakes, changes and typos. Court of jurisdiction: Landeck.
Travel cancellation insurance:Feel free to take care of trip cancellation insurance by using the Europäische Reiseversicherung company, or by contacting us for personal help.
