At Darrehof, and all around our hotel in Serfaus, children can quickly discover a love of nature. Darrehof is a true adventure playground for children, and a place where the entire family feels at home and comes into harmony with nature. This is the place where the children make sure that the parents do not just sit around. Everyone gets involved! Here, children immediately forget all about TVs and computer games at home, and only want to be outside – most of all having fun with the animals. For both old and young, there is so much to do and discover in the exciting outdoors.

To make it all as easy as possible for parents to share the experience of the outdoors with the whole family, we have made all the provisions at Darrehof for every age group. The entire village of Serfaus and the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region offer plenty of leisure and adventure activities for every age. What children can expect in the hotel…
Children can look forward to a welcoming and attentive atmosphere in our family-friendly hotel, along with all the equipment children need: The apartments include kids' beds, high chairs, children's table settings, and a child phone upon request. In the hotel itself, children can play in the indoor playground with a playhouse, climbing wall, wall games, both soft legos and extra-large legos, as well as wooden games, and can choose among many other kids' games. The reading nook has plenty of kids' books and books about horses for older kids as well. A multimedia room provides variety and entertainment, and kids can horse around in the indoor pool to their hearts' content.

Bigger kids can enjoy air hockey, foosball, and ping-pong. In summer, kids have a great time at the outdoor playground complete with swing, a fantastic sand box, badminton, go-carts, and pedal cars. And of course, the entire family can meet all the animals on our Feriengut Darrehof farm, observe and even pet them! In addition to the usual petting zoo animals like bunnies and guinea pigs, our bantam hens also look forward to having fun with kids.

The kids' favourite spot is of course our fun country farm, the Gut Darrehof estate at the entrance to Serfaus village. Here, the youngest children have loads of fun jumping around in the hay in our traditional hay loft, as well as petting the animals and riding ponies. Older kids have fun riding and spending time with the horses, while the oldest of all enjoy kicking back on our Darrehof relaxation hill, visiting the herb garden, or practising conscious experience on the "path of the senses." On the farm, children have the opportunity to experience animals up-close and personal, learn about work in the stables, and find out lots about life on the farm.
