Children and animals – it is a combination that we have been promoting for many years. We have fostered many wonderful experiences. The children are often not so caught up in the riding as pampering and doting on their beloved horses and meeting like-minded children with whom they can play and have adventures with the horses.

And we at Darrehof offer children and the whole family a real "horse experience"! From horse care, beauty pageants, and equestrian games to vaulting, carriage rides for children, and riding lessons. We also have riding instruction tailored for children. The children experience with us a healthy and exciting encounter with animals and nature.

Our riding lessons are designed first and foremost with children in mind. For us it is important that the children are introduced to these experiences in a way that is stress-free and honest. Everyone should always expect a basic, sound education. Children want it, too, and are, of course, treated with respect as "small adults". Our good-natured Haflingers are ideal partners to have for their first riding experiences. These horses exude a sense of trust and security, not just for the riding students, but they give parents a reassuring feeling, too. Nothing is left to stand in the way of a smooth riding experience.
